We know waiting for skincare is considerably less fun than opening skincare, so we do our best to get orders on their way quickly.

Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, holidays, promotions, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Cadia Skincare.

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Please Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Cadia Skincare is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier first.

If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll help you determine the next step.

Warm Weather Shipping

Many Cadia products are made with natural oils, tallow, butters, and waxes. Just like butter in your kitchen, they can soften when they get warm.

During hot weather, your product may arrive softer than usual or experience a temporary change in texture.

If that happens, keep the container upright and allow it to return to room temperature before opening. A short stay somewhere cool can also help.

Texture changes caused by temperature do not generally affect the intended use of the product.
